There is a strong, correlation between a national economic journey, and a school system’s improvement journey. How would schools improve unless the culture of education and learning becomes a national priority. Communities and the society at large must demonstrate the tightness of central vision, control, direction and aspiration over the individual schools’ activities and performance and therefore learner achievement at every level, dimension and domain.
